May 17, 2008 Bottled: Hazy, light yellow color, small head. Grainy aroma with some citrus, hop notes. Flavor is malty, light sweet folowed by a pleasant pithy hop note. Grassy and herbal hop notes. Dry finish. Pleasant drinkable.

Apr 11, 2008 Bottle. Clover/green grass malt aroma. Light yellow with minimal head. Sweet grass malt flavor with a moderate bitter finish. Typical grass/hay flavor but much sweeter than most. Unusual.

Expected nothing, but noticed a pilsner-style german with some hopprofile over average. Not that bad and I’ll buy it again when return. Should try some more of this style. Looking forward to Kellerbier.

Aug 10, 2006 A yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma is sweet primarily with notes of lemon, the flavor is both sweet and acidic with notes of malt, leading to a bitter end.
