Hazy burgundy-brown beer, with pink fine-creamy head, rather stable. Very sour nose with a marked acetic acid character. Sour cherries, but remaining rather on the background, some solvent. Mix of very harsh, acetic lambic with dark candi-syrup and ditto sweetness. Some obvious wet wood, finishing very dry - but adequate fruitiness. Dry, quite some dry-out effect and acidburn. This is weird. Out of a 25cl bottle, one does not expect the harshest lambic to come. Of course, they have tried to mask it, but nowhere entirely. Mind you, it’s real lambic, but pretty poor quality one. Can’t figure out this "brewery".
