Commercial Description:
High Roller Red is an exceptionally smooth, full-bodied amber ale. The caramel and toffee notes are established by a select blend of domestic and imported malted barley. The complex malt character is balanced by the fruity tones of our house yeast.

Amber looking ale, fizzy white head. Sweet, slightly mineral with some unknown spice. Thin body, sweet malt with more of mineral feel. Average.

Bright Brick-amber colour. Toasty aroma with slight woody note. Has a lightish character with a slight caramel accent, earthy & toasty notes, minimal hopping and a sweetish finish.

Clear-ish red-amber w/ rocky off-white foam. Gentle, aromatic nose of caramel, toffee, & floral hops. Light-medium feel. Straightforward malty flavour profile w/ a light floral, herbal hoppiness.

Extremely malty nose, red, with a small tan head. Light malt taste, some hops too, but the aroma promised more. Light bodied, slight bitterness. Fair. Thank You IPFreely.

better than average jumble finishing balanced bitter and sweet. Light mouthfeel. Quaffable with the malts. Radekfest 05 sample 25, thanks IPFreely.

Thanks to Tim for this one. Sourish red nose, well toasted malt. Tastes too darn husky. The huskiness is well balanced but still bland. Meh.

Radekfest 05 Bottle. Clear ruby brown, small white head. Oddly sourish aroma. Grapefruit? in both the aroma and the flavour. Bit of malt. I would hope this isn’t in its prime, but think it might be. Mediocre but drinkable.

Very nice shade of red. Fairly light aromas of malt and pancake syrup. Nice, full mouthfeel with good carbonation. Flavour is malty and chocolatey, with a medium-length finish. A pretty good brew with a silly name – should appeal to more palates than just your hoity-toity high rollers.
