Commercial Description:
High Roller Red is an exceptionally smooth, full-bodied amber ale. The caramel and toffee notes are established by a select blend of domestic and imported malted barley. The complex malt character is balanced by the fruity tones of our house yeast.

Crimson brown color, static head/lacing. Aroma of dry dusty caramel & fruity hops. Tastes balanced and nutty. Finishes watery.

At brewpub, Not much nose, kinda stale bread/decaying fruit. Clean reddish amber color. Small head that faded. Bitter flavors, Carmel and grapefruit come to mind. Thin body, lite creaminess, dry bitter finish. Its ok, but unoriginal.

Nice tan head, hazy dark amber body. Malt is dominating in the aroma with some light spices and fruit tones. Lots of malt in the flavor with a fine roasted tone. Spices, nutmeg and citrus in the end. Quite dry.

Pours with a one-finger white head that fades to a ring and leaves traces of lace. Clear red/amber color. Light bodied and very light carbonation. Slightly hoppy nose. Starts sweet with some hoppy overtones, finish is beefier than their lager. Good summer ale. Sold as part of a 6-pack from their gift shop for $13.92 by the casino in Las Vegas, NV.

Medium red appearance, considerable lacing. Pale and musty flavor of blanket, paper, cardboard, etc. Light hoppy note ion the nose, some wood and cherries/plums.

Clear bright red appearance, good head formation. Mostly clean nose with sweet candy sugar and a touch of roast. Medium bodied, pretty well hopped palate, slightly spiced. The malt is slightly biscuity with a touch of roastiness in the finish.

Just your average amber. Deep amber in color with a tan head. Okay nose: some hints of fruit and floral, but overly bitter in taste (i.e. not well balanced). Somewhat harsh on the palate.

(Draught) Pours a deep amber color with a average-sized beige head. Has a light hoppy and bitter flavor. Average tasting amber ale.
