Commercial Description:
High Roller Red is an exceptionally smooth, full-bodied amber ale. The caramel and toffee notes are established by a select blend of domestic and imported malted barley. The complex malt character is balanced by the fruity tones of our house yeast.

Draft - Red in color with a light tan head. Lightly hopped and only slightly bitter. Malt was apparent, but not overpowering. Dry finish. An average attempt; no doubt brewed for the masses.

Twangy, Gluek-tart aroma with some sour fruit notes. Very nutty -- peanuts, almonds. Medium-light hopping, dry with mild acidity.

Deep red in color. Malty with hints of hops. Had a clovey taste to it that seemed way out of place.

Bottle. Dark red amber color, cream colored head. Malty and sweet, kind of fruity with some spicy hops. Crisp, a tiny bit thin. Was okay compared to the other swill around Vegas.

Deep amber-red with a decent head; thick and coating lace. Sweet and syrupy with notes of sugary caramel and toasty toffee. Rather sweet malt base; maybe too sweet, especially due to the fact that the hops were light and weak (mild bitterness with a hint of flowers). Very drinkable, but far from exciting.
