Commercial Description:
Silver State Stout is a dry, yet suprisingly smooth version of a traditional Irish Stout. A complex blend of six types of barley and oatmeal create a complex flavor profile and rich mouth-feel.

Draught. Blah. Not that good. Black, with a nice head. Not too flavorful, but that’s not a bad thing since it wasn’t that tasty to begin with. Drinkable if ordered in a sampler, but I think it’d be hard to finish a whole glass.

Took a break from walking the Strip to sample this beer at Monte Carlo’s brewpub. Black stout with an average, creamy, off-white head. Toasted malt and coffee aroma. Light bitterness. Light bodied stout overall with a thin texture, and light sweetness.

pours a dark creamy blackish color w/ a thick tan head.. smells a little of barley and coffee but the scent is a bit weak. the palate is creamy and dry w/ no real carbonation. flavor was overly mild for a stout but tisted of light coffee and malted flavors..a little to thin but overall I enjoyed the beer.

Creamy brown head atop clear red-brown body, nice lacing. Aroma is medium sweet, roasty, some coffee, chocolate. Taste is medium sweet, not much up front, coffee, roasty, some chocolate, finishes coffee roasty. Watery light-medium body.

Sampled draught at Monte Carlo Brewpub, Las Vegas
Very dry stout with a rusty nose & a detremental lack of roast. Finishes astringent, decent.

Draught on my wedding day at Monte Carlo Pub & Brewery, Las Vegas!
Nice and creamy tan head, black body. Mild but pleasant aroma with plenty of fruit and a tone of roasted malt. Also mild and nice in the flavor. Fruit, coffee and malt notes. Smooth.

Pours with a one-finger light brown head that fades slowly leaving a good lace. Black color. Heavy bodied. Nose is burnt coffee. Very light carbonation, two months in the cellar did nothing. Starts with a slight bitter coffee flavor, much milder than a Guinness. Sold as part of a 6-pack from their gift shop for $13.92 by the casino in Las Vegas, NV.

Deep brown with light at the bottom. Creamy tan head, thin palate, coffee and cream, smoky coffee nose, milky flavor.
