Oct 23, 2004 Creamy brown head atop clear red-brown body, nice lacing. Aroma is medium sweet, roasty, some coffee, chocolate. Taste is medium sweet, not much up front, coffee, roasty, some chocolate, finishes coffee roasty. Watery light-medium body.

Sep 19, 2005 Pours a nearly opaque black with a thin tan head. Has a dry, grainy, mild vegetable aroma with some roasted malt. Starts with a decent thickness, some sweet maltiness, hints of soy and a touch of hoppy bitter balance. Overall pretty drinkable and not as bad as its ratings may suggest.
