A sweet but very hoppy pilsner, not at all skunky, thank the good Lord. Interesting contrast of soft mouthfeel and tongue-tingling bitterness on the back end. I really like this!

Jan 5, 2009 On tap 01.04.09. Clear gold with white head. Aroma is malty and corny. Flavor is corn, sweet malt, no hops bite and not a very balanced body.

Jan 2, 2009 330ml bottle. Clear light gold beer with a small transient white head. Nose of caramel malts and earthy hops. Similar taste with a light-medium fizzy mouthfeel. Nice hop bitterness to finish. Not that remarkable.

Dec 31, 2008 330ml bottle. golden in colour with a slight white head and moderate carbonation. Malty aroma with a hint of grassy hops. Flavour had some sweetish malts before a hint of hoppiness in the finish. Perfectly drinkable but not a hugely memorable lager.

Dec 29, 2008 Drinking this now. A pleasant enough drop. Drank Chimay white first thing this morning before my toothbrush passed my lips. Displaced some of the plaque for this tasty, but underhopped pils.
