Aurelius (2643), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Feb 15, 2008 Run of the mill brewpub IPA, but done fairly well. Not too hoppy, or boozy. Your usual hallmarks: copper color, caramel flavor and aroma, west coast hops. BelgianBeerGal (1276), Sabbatical in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA Oct 19, 2007 Draft at the brewery in a pint glass. Offered as a "summer seasonal" in August. Nice amber colour with a stable white head and good lacing. Aroma was atringent hops but the flavour was nice and light with the hops. No real pungent finish but good bitterness. Good IPA. wcampbell (572), Central, South Carolina, USA Jun 23, 2007 Updated: Mar 17, 2008The IPA was great. A summer seasonal that I really enjoyed. It had by far the most taste of any other beers at the restaurant. Slightly piney with a definite hop taste. Low malt character. Bitter finish.
