Présence d’une mince col et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Légèr goût de céréales et de citron. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Feb 9, 2009 Golden, sparkly. Light fresh bread aroma. Bread, light herbal hop palate. No overly kolsch-like, but a nice basic beer.

Feb 6, 2009 Clear straw golden with very small head. Grassy aroma, slight caraway. Clean, dry finish but thin mouthfeel. Nicely hopped. Dry and drinkable with lingering bitterness. Not bad at all.

Nov 20, 2008 Draft at brewpub. Clear golden with a small but lasting creamy head that leaves some spotty lace. Faint aroma of malt. Flavor of grain and light tart apple, with a nice delicate balance of grassy hop. Light body is tingly and dryish.
