Aroma of rich creamy milk chocolate and some dark caramel complexity reminds me a lot of Youngs Double Chocolate Stout. Body starts creamy and lightly sweet with lots of milk chocolatey flavor and subtle bittering hop balance with a doughy semi-sweet finish. A very interesting and well made brew. Smell: Damned if it don’t smell like lil’ chocolate donuts.
Taste: Damned if it don’t taste like lil’ chocolate donuts, too!
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Mild carbonation.
Drinkability: This is just wonderful. aracauna (2391), Georgia, USA

Pours dark brown with a typical cask ale head.
More of a specialty beer than a porter, the name describes it all. More doughnut aroma than flavor, but it followed true to the name all the way.
A bit light for a really good porter, but probably a very good vehicle for the doughnut aspect. shp555 (1690), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

Aroma is chocolate, dough, and vanilla. Flavor is roasty, dough, vanilla, chocolate, and a light bitter finish. This was an awesome beer. jrob21 (1275), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

This was definitely a hit with the ladies of our group. The aroma is for certain, little chocolate doughnuts. In fact the aroma wafts a decent ways from the glass. Almost like living within a block of a Krispy Kreme. The doughnut flavor does not come through as strongly as the aroma. You do get some flavors of vanilla and roasted malt. Slight hint of chocolate and some sweetness to finish you off. jimbowood (962), Athens, Georgia, USA

Very suprised by this beer as I haven’t had anything good from this brewery ever. Second favorite brew @ the festival. Nice chocolate, malt, and vanilla balance, with an edge towards the chocolate.
