Moon River Road Trip Hard Cider

En fût. Verre de dégustation directement à la brasserie. Arôme: Légère odeur de pommes. Apparence: La couleur est blonde pâle avec une très faible densité de bulle. Présence d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Légèr goût de pommes légèrement acidulées. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement minérale. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Légère présence de pommes en arrière goût. (Rating #2257)

Appearance: Crystalline, decidedly still, faint yellow body. Smell: Aroma of crisp, fresh apples with a very distant, very light note of cherry. Taste: Starts with a simple, sweet, and reasonably tasty apple flavor. Curiously, a minor hint or tart cherry fruitiness perks up midway. Minor touch of acidity. Finishes semi-dry. Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium-low carbonation. Drinkability: A pleasant, likable cider that just begs to have another ordered in a take-out plastic cup.

Pale straw color, sparkling. Slightly phenolic aromas but lots of apple character. High carbonation and fizzy mouthfeel. Good apple flavors but little complexity. Nice break from beer but not a super cider. Off-dry with alcoholic punch at end.

Not a fan of cider, but at least this was not overly sweet. Pretty drinkable. Tasted like a lightly dry white wine. Light taste of alcohol. Strong taste for a cider.

Bright yellow. Sparkly. Fresh appley nose. More sulphur on the palate, however. Crisp, dry finish.

Looks alot like apple juice. The scent is apple. This is the first hard cider i’ve tried and it really wasnt what i expected. I expected it to be very sweet but it was actually pleasantly bitter with a small trace of alcohol in the finish.

From the tap poured amber with no amount of head. Flavor was sweet with a lasting aftertaste.

on tap-pours a disappearing white head with bubbles and pale yellow color. Aroma is apple juice. Taste is apple cider with some zip/acidity. Nicely done. Light/medium body.
