Pours a perfectly clear gold with no head, but not lacking carbonation. The aroma is a mixture of stewed and fresh apples without the spice. There is a bracing fruit tartness that balances the residual sweetness nicely. Light bodied, refreshing , and tasty. Actually tastes fairly close to unfermented juice.

Very light, and clear body. Was listed as 6.5% on the menu. Macintosh apples, alcohol didn’t show much.

(On tap) Clear, pale golden with an almost absent head. Vague aroma of apples. Nice balance between sweetness and the acidity from the "Pink Lady" apples. Unfortunately a vague and not so pleasant tang of turpentine. 010406

Nothing terribly out of the ordinary here. Pale golden yellow body with light visible carbonation. Aroma and flavor are of fresh apples and skins (not those nasty red delicious things though, pears and a touch of peaches. Decent tartness comes through in the finish. Moderately sweet, lightly acidic flavor. Moderately sweet, moderately acidic finish. Medium light body with a watery texture and lively carbonation. Still, decent stuff and a helluva lot better than alcopop.

On tap at the brewpub in Savannah. Had this one to go to walk around downtown Savannah. Pours a pale golden, with no head. Aroma of green apples. Green apple flavor with a hint of alcohol. 1st try of a brewpub cider. Easy drinking, clean, smooth palate. Nothing offensive.

A mild aroma of wine grapes and green apple. The color is a pale yellow with zero head. Tart fruit taste with a lingering apple fruitiness. Tart palate.

Wow...i'm NUMBER ONE. I'm not much on cider because i rarely have them...so why ddi i sample this? It came on the sample pack. Color was like a pear with sparce white bubbles on the edges. Very appley, sweet, tangy, smoothe. Surpisingly it has the highest alcohol content of all their brews. Its actually really delightful and refreshing, hiding any notes of alcohol masterfully. Just like apple juice.
