The aroma is a mixture of stewed and fresh apples without the spice. There is a bracing fruit tartness that balances the residual sweetness nicely. Light bodied, refreshing , and tasty. Actually tastes fairly close to unfermented juice. pantani (1902), Salinas, California, USA

Nice balance between sweetness and the acidity from the "Pink Lady" apples. Unfortunately a vague and not so pleasant tang of turpentine. 010406 wunderbier (1267), Tampere, Finland
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 10, 2006 Nothing terribly out of the ordinary here. Pale golden yellow body with light visible carbonation. Aroma and flavor are of fresh apples and skins (not those nasty red delicious things though, pears and a touch of peaches. Decent tartness comes through in the finish. Moderately sweet, lightly acidic flavor. Moderately sweet, moderately acidic finish. Medium light body with a watery texture and lively carbonation. Still, decent stuff and a helluva lot better than alcopop. PorterPounder (3147), Tallahassee, Florida, USA

I'm not much on cider because i rarely have them...so why ddi i sample this? It came on the sample pack. Color was like a pear with sparce white bubbles on the edges. Very appley, sweet, tangy, smoothe. Surpisingly it has the highest alcohol content of all their brews. Its actually really delightful and refreshing, hiding any notes of alcohol masterfully. Just like apple juice.
