On-tap at the brewpub. A tad of toasting and some hops and a little colour, other than that unexceptional beer. On the sweeter side, perhaps the hop shortage is hitting, and active carbonation.

On tap at the brewerie, Was a golden yellow with minimal lacing and a quickly diminishing white head. Notes of medium acidity hops and a medium and balanced munich malt. Taste followed accordingly. I enjoyed it and look forward to trying their other beers in the future.

4 oz. sampler. Pours a deep copper color. Fluffy white head. Aroma of peat moss. Mouthfeel is rich, with notes of burnt toast. Finish is smooth with the faintest bit of hops.

Can’t find any notes on this one - only numbers. Had this at 2005 Classic City Brew Fest.

tap at Murphy’s Law Pub. Pours copper and clear with a small white head. The nose is crisp and German styled. It’s a pretty clean beer with hints of vanilla, paper, corn husks. The finish is noteably sweet, but not cloying at all. Quite refreshing on a hot day in August.

Tap at brewery. Light caramel malt aroma - just detectable. Golden yellow with a small head. Nice malty flavor with light hint of caramel. Moderate hops - much more than is typical for the style but works nicely. Very well balanced. Very nice.
