Commercial Description:
Our American-style hefeweizen is light on the pallette yet, refreshingly hoppy.

Cloudy orange body with a white lace. Fruity nose. Flavors were banana, bubble gum, and oranges. A refreshing summer brew but an avg heff.

<font face="times new roman">Gazing back at me from across the bar, this beer has the color, and seemingly the consistency (I poked it), of apricot baby food. A thin and frothy white draft head is short lived. A burst of aroma places me in a southern fruit market. Shaded stands surround me and I see baskets of apricots, peaches, bananas and grapefruits. Sadly, the day has grown long and a good deal of the fruits have become overripe due to the heat. A grainy sweetness flows in with a prickling acidity. A piquant bitterness livens up the outro. Soft spring water is bottle with crisp carbonation.

Had on tap at the brewpub in Savannah. Pours a cloudy, but brighlty colored orange with a solid white head, decent lacing. Aroma has a touch of citrus and a hint of bubble gum. Flavor has some bubblegum notes with a touch of spice, coriander perhaps. Requisuite banana in there as well. A decent summer quaffer, smooth, clean palate with a slighlly stinging mouthfeel however. Overall, decent.

Below average example of the style. Didn't have the zing and was not as refreshing as the style standard. Lacking in carbonation and not a crisp finish.

Ok the waitress said they were out of this, and they gave me the brown ale instead. First clue that she was mistaken was that the "brown" ale was light yellow, almost like vitamin enriched urine. Second clue was that the "brown ale" tasted like goddamn bananas. weak carbonation, sweet taste and finish. could have used more wheat tastes. Mediocre.
