Sep 25, 2008 Draft sample at Brewgrass. Bright golden cloudy pour. Thin big bubbly head. Bitter tart lemony (thin floor cleaner) and as is so easy to do with this style, too much coriander. Still quite drinkable and refreshing if you like this Wits.

Sep 10, 2008 2008 Southern Brewers Fest . Tap. Hazy, bright yellow. Huge aroma of jasmine, fruity pebbles cereal, wheat. Huge florals. Flavor is very fruity, floral, wild & wacky. 6lbs of corriander per 15 bbls. Not the standard spice flavor, just floral and fruity. Different, but GOOD!

Aug 22, 2008 draught. Pours a very cloudy bright yellow with a good sized white head. Ridiculously genuine lemon along with light spices are found in the nose. The flavor is very bright with juicy lemon zest and a husky, grainy finish. This is light and refreshing, but still has adequate flavor for the style. Reminds me of a nice glass of lemonade on a hot Savannah day. It’s pretty good for the style.

Jun 13, 2008 Cloudy lemon body with white head. Aroma is medium sweet, lemon, some clove. Taste is medium sweet, coriander, light lemon, banana. Watery light body, light creaminess.

May 23, 2008 Ratings by Veeve, Back by Popular Demand, on Vacay in the lovely Savannah, Georgia. This beer is found on tap at the MoonRiver restaurant and brewing site on Bay Street in Savannah, GA. This was my personal favorite among the 7 beer sampler they offer, though I don’t think it is the highest quality beer they have. That would be the porter. However, this beer is light, citrus, with a touch of grass. Its a soft mouthfeel. a perfect spring/summer refreshment. This was the only beer I chose to have a full pint full of after I sampled all 7. While the description of this beer stated it was "exotic" and "a party in your mouth" I did not find it to be crazy explosive with flavor but more subtle and softly-strong; more sweet, earthy and delicious.

May 18, 2008 On tap at Moon River Brewing on 5/17/08. Pours a cloudy, bright yellow with thin white head that clings to the sides of the glass. Aroma is of citrus and lemon. Taste is slightly sweet, lemony, hints of coriander, with a somewhat medium to light body. Beer is smooth with a slighty watery but otherwise pleasant finish. Nice witbier.

Apr 15, 2008 The aroma was typical for the style but weaker than most except the low end stuff, read blue moon. The appearance was whitish gold with a tiny head. The flavor was typical for the style but like the aroma too weak. The palate was smooth. Overall it was good.

Feb 18, 2008 from the tap poured a hazy light color with a good amount of head. Nice citrus flavor with a quick finish.
