Feb 9, 2008 On-tap at the brewpub. There was a substance to this wit, and a drying peppery corriander taste. A little sweetness and a drop of citrus. But I could not get at the complexity. The turnover is ferocious here, so I do not suspect it’s been about too long.

Jan 17, 2008 The aroma was filled with coriander, orange peel, chamomile and a bit of pepper spice. Wheat was notable and a bit of lemon. The beer arrived lightly cloudy pale yellow with a low white lasting head which laced the glass. The flavor was pefumy with a citrusy lemon and orange character. Coriander spice was notable, but somewhat light and the flavor was a bit watery. The body was medium-light with a fairly low level of carbonation. The finish was dry with very little aftertaste. An OK witbier. Pint at the brewpub.

Oct 27, 2007 4 oz. sampler. Pours a cloudy, lemonade-like color. Aroma of orange peel. Mouthfeel is very clean and dry, with bready notes. Subtle spices sneak up at the end.

Oct 7, 2007 WBF. Nice Belgian white. A bit more on the sweet side. But it has a spicy side to it. Easy to drink.

Sep 27, 2007 I love local beer fests. You get to partake in alot of fun and drink alot of run of the mill brews. This one here is a prime example. Just your regular old wit beer. I thought it was rather refreshing though.

Sep 8, 2007 Draft sample at SBGF07. Poured hazy white color with a medium frothy white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate yeasty sweet citrus aroma. Light to medium body with a sticky texture. Medium citrus sweet flavor with a light sweet finish of moderate duration.

Sep 2, 2007 Draught at the brewpub. Glowing orange body with a one finger thick white head. Good lacing. Notes of oranges, coriander, apricot and wheat. Tastes like your average Wit. Medium bodied, creamy mouthfeel. FInish is lengthy and full of citrus notes. OK.
