Jul 10, 2005 On Draft at Jacksonville’s Follio Weekly Beer and Music Fest. Nice hazy yellow color with a white head that produced some lacing. Strong lemon aroma and flavor. Light to medium body. A favorite for me at the Fest.

Dec 28, 2004 Hazy yellow with a white head. Fair lacing. Orange hop aroma with a corriander nose. Malt flavor with a lingering fruitiness. Mild and refreshing on the palate.

Nov 9, 2004 Updated: Dec 2, 2006Pale yellow with appropriate cloudiness and a nice, white head. The coriander and orange are pronounced and create a very pleasant aroma. The body is fairly dry and refreshing with a slight bit of tartness in the end. A very tasty witbier. Easily in the top tier of the style.

Nov 8, 2004 Hazy straw color. Aroma is sweet and fruity of grapes and oranges and light coriander. Flavor is of sweet oranges with a light bitter and spicy finish. Light to medium bodied.

Nov 7, 2004 Quite a substantial amount of orange in this wit - at the expense of being a little less spicy than some (a plus in my book). The tanginess is sensed in the aroma, and carries all the way through. The palate was rounder and more complex (chunky wheat almost comes through asa solid) than most of this style - a winner indeed.

Jun 21, 2004 This is a nice imitation of a Wit. Very refreshing and fruity with notes of coriander and orange peel. Classic wit. good the the heat.

Apr 7, 2004 Hazy pear gold, light head. Very nice fruit and spice aroma. Citric without much fizz. Lightly sweet going fairly bitter and with some parched grain on the backend. medium long tartish finish with lots of pleasant lasting bitterness. Body is heavier than most wits. Pretty good.
