Cloudy lemon body with white head. Aroma is medium sweet, lemon, some clove. Taste is medium sweet, coriander, light lemon, banana. Watery light body, light creaminess.

Lightly hazy, straw-colored ale. Small, creamy, white head. The nose is peppery and floral with a touch of orange blossom honey. Nicely balanced, but thin. Some citrus fruit with decent bittering (grapefruit rind). Light-bodied with a watery mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Short, crisp, lightly bitter finish.

on tap-pours a white head and cloudy straw color. Aroma is faint wheat. Taste is faint wheat, bitter orange peel. Light body. OK effervescence.

My Bottom Line:
Intricate clovey phenols and banana esters trek within the coriander milkiness for an impressively serene experience. Crunchy wheat and bready yeast appear in the last half of each sip to round off this spot on recreation of the Belgian Witbier style.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam protects the hazy yellow white.
-This was served with a lemon wedge on the rim of the glass...which was promptly discarded, but did affect the aroma for a few minutes.
-The spicy bread is diminished by watery allusions.
-The slender body might be a little on the thin side for my tastes.
-Another Moon River beer which does not stretch the limits of the brewed style, and does not show any specific personality, but which is so flawlessly brewed and tasty that I cannot help but like it a lot.

Hazy blond color with a nice carbonated head. The aroma is very orangey & musky wheat. The flavor is full of dirty wheat. The spices are there but the wheat just bites too hard finishes musky.

Draft sample at SBGF07. Poured hazy white color with a medium frothy white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate yeasty sweet citrus aroma. Light to medium body with a sticky texture. Medium citrus sweet flavor with a light sweet finish of moderate duration.
