On tap at Beachwood BBQ in Seal Beach, CA. It’s apparently a wild yeast cultivated by the brewer and it’s definitely got a sourness to it. Definitely drinkable and lemoney like a Berlinerweisse or something, but with some malt color and apparently 5.8% alcohol to back it up. Coolest rating of my trip to CA so far.

Great sour beer on tap at Beachwood BBQ in Seal Beach. I would almost compare the sourness to that which you find when you add a lemon to water. It doesn’t really take center stage, but you know something is there. Well done and delightfully refereshing. I would buy more if there were more than 20 gallons produced ever.

Draft. Rich amber beer with an off-white head. nice tart, lemony citrus aroma. Lemony, tart, oaky flavor. Lingering lemony tartness. medium body. Medium sour, not harsh, but refreshing.
