Black appearance with a nice tan head. Coffee and roasted malt on the aroma. Has the kind of chocolate and coffee flavors you expect from a stout, with roasted malts, but much lighter on the body so you know it’s a lager. JohnC (2286), Mission Viejo, California, USA

This was a pretty tasty beer, it was almost like the dry roastiness of a porter meets Belgian candy sweetness. Liked it. bhensonb (4358), Woodland, California, USA
