This must be a different batch than was seen on the east..Im thinking..The aroma..it bled in super sweet mango nectar..so damn sweet, showing chunks of sappy and sugary citrus hops...it poured a hazy yellow color..not much head...this shit though is bitter beyond belief...all that aroma sweetness i just mentioned...vanished..not a trace...just medicinal, grassy, alcoholic laced hop buds...they seem to be more akin to 3floyds type hops..though i see they are cascade and chinook...maybe that combo is the secret to 3floyds, i dont know...anyway..its different..the aroma kicks ass..but its bitter as bitter can be.

Tasted at the 2004 Bistro Hop Fest. Light gold color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is floral hops and earthy. A medium bodied IPA. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are grapefruity and floral with a touch of earthiness. The bitterness is all at the finish, and it fairly strong there. Nice beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is very bitter.

Hazy, amber orange appearance. Fruity aroma that reminded me of a dry white wine. Hoppy taste mingled with some other flavors such as citrus fruit, apples and grapes. Crisp, clean finish. Liked this one a lot.

Pale yellow, clear, white head. Tons of pine in the nose, as well as grapefruit, citrus, grass, wet grass, lemon, and soap. Flavor is a bit unique - lots of grass, very hoppy, pine resin, hay, vegitables. Just a little too sour, bitter...the resin notes tend to take over. Medium bodied and dry.

Clear light amber smallish head. Loads of pine in the nose, no really a whole lot if pine! Flavor is also dominated by pine resin, but there is some sweet and biscuity malt in there also. Medium sweet hugely bitter. Medium dry body. A true hop-head beer. It seems the brewer wanted serious hops with little balance, he suceeded. I liked it overall.

Clear gold. Nose is basically pine resin, comes on so strong it’s almost a bit musty. Taste is hoppy but thin, dies off after the initial hoppy kick, needs some malts.

Draft. Somewhat hazy amber beer with a very nice white head. Pine and tar flavors with a slight mustiness. Nice tingling bitterness. Malt backing, but hop flavor dominates. Pine and tar aroma. It gets a bit fruitier as it warms in both flavor and aroma.
