Draft. Pours a pale yellow color with a white head Very faint malt nose. The flavor is a Nutty and grainy with an oatmeal quality to it. Very understated. Slight bitterness in the finish.

Simple, but with nice body and fresh, zesty hop quality that had enough power to get past other beers sampled previously. Fresh from the source at Moonlight.

Called Moonlight Pilsner @ the Magnolia as a guest tap. Light yellow. Grainy regular pils nose, harsh, a little hoppy in the finish, which is well appreciated, though too grainy and moldy tasting overall.

Light gold color. Medium head. Aroma is grainy and a touch fruity. A medium bodied lager. Malts are mild a touch fruity. Hops are spicy and slightly bitter. Nicely balanced. Slightly more flavor than I expected from a lager. Smooth taste. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter with a touch of roasted malts. Not sure if it supposed to be there or not, but it makes it a little more interesting.

Slightly Mexican spice in the nose, high effervescence, very nice bittering spectrum for a very light bodied lager. A bit of crispness is lost in the unbalanced extended tongue. Very nice.
