Light amber color with plenty of carbonation but no head on the pour. Aromatics are a confusing combo of the interacting rye malt and oats used. Very grassy and earthy. Sweet toasted cinnamon bread in the flavor that immediately leads to a dry, bittered finish. Almost reminds me of an English brown on hop steroids or something. I had a hard time figuring out the finish. Sessionable. jazz88 (2237), San Francisco, California, USA

A nice robust flavor seemingly filled with everything that they could throw at this lager. A malty earthy aroma. bhensonb (4274), Woodland, California, USA

Light amber color with a great white head. Medium body with very creamy carbonation. Flavor of wheat and malt - very mildly sweet. The finish is malty, but dry! There’s a decent amount of floral and/or grassy hop. This could pass for an ale. It’s also a lot more complex than I’m able to describe. joet (1706), Fulton, California, USA

I love this brewery. bb (2919), Martinez, California, USA
