Oats, Rye, Wheat, and Barley. Pale-amber. Lots of carbonation and huge head. Fresh, sweet, grassy aroma. Malty-sweet. Reminiscent of beers from high in the Belgium Alps.

On tap at Toronado in San Francisco. This was a pretty strange creation I thought. Light amber color with plenty of carbonation but no head on the pour. Aromatics are a confusing combo of the interacting rye malt and oats used. Very grassy and earthy. Sweet toasted cinnamon bread in the flavor that immediately leads to a dry, bittered finish. Almost reminds me of an English brown on hop steroids or something. I had a hard time figuring out the finish. Sessionable.

Tap @ Toronado on 4-2-08. A medium yellow golden color. A nice robust flavor seemingly filled with everything that they could throw at this lager. A malty earthy aroma.

Draft at Sonoma Wine Exchange. Nice grassy hop aroma. Light amber color with a great white head. Medium body with very creamy carbonation. Flavor of wheat and malt - very mildly sweet. The finish is malty, but dry! There’s a decent amount of floral and/or grassy hop. This could pass for an ale. It’s also a lot more complex than I’m able to describe.

medium strong hop bitterness, good texture, moonlight hop signature, very aromatic with bits of toast and biscuit but mostly all hops, grassy, herbal, wonderful crisp and too relaxed warm. I love this brewery.

Draft. Amber beer with an off-white head. Light mineral, light malt aroma. Malty, mineral, earthy, grass, spice flavor. Medium bodied. Spice, mineral, earth, malt lingers. Lots of flavor, but doesn’t all mesh easily.

Lighter amber color. Aroma is toasty with grassy hops, bread, not much else. Lighter body, moderate carbonation. Not much to say...
