Light body, nearly still. Aroma of citrus, herbal hops and what appears to be rye... or maybe not. Light body, nearly still. Taste of cookie dough. | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 7, 2008 Poured from tap at Lanesplitter an amber color with small beige head. Aromas of woody pine and toasted hops. This beer has low carbonation and flavors of sweet malt then floral citrusy hops that give it a big dose of gratefruit and lingering bitterness. The palate is full with malt and has a nice balance with a slight sweetness mixed with a hoppy bitterness. I enjoyed this one. Flavored much like an IPA with more malt feel. beerguy101 (3946), Newark, California, USA
