May 25, 2006 Cork and Bottle Liquors, Baton Rouge, La. - 750 ml blue corked bottle - served chilled. Light golden, chablis-like pour, slightly sparkling. Hazelnuts really come through in the aroma, pleasant. Flavor has some vanilla notes to it, sugar ice cream cone, and a hint of hazelnuts, of course. Mouthfeel is slightly crisp. Overall, a decent sake.
