Moorhouse’s first ever ‘Blond’ ale, this beer is as light as you can get with a lager colour (minus the bubbles). Drinks to the strength of any good White Witch.

Cask@Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Golden colour, mediumsized white creamy head. Aroma and flavour is nectar, wood, fruits and some mild spicing. Pleasant and refreshing.

(Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm) Golden yellow colour. Starts fruity (citrus) and rather sweet. Becomes drier and more bitter towards the finish. Drinkable and tasty.

pint at jdw. perfect condition, was impressed. aromas of flowery hop and sunscreen (latter might have been me :-) it was a hot day). Very wheaty, light good bitterness, is going down like a treat. Fresh, clean perfect summer pint.

Cask (gravity dispense) at GBBF, August 2005. Another decent golden ale, but rather overshadowed by the Pictish Alchemists sampled at the same time. There’s not as much depth of flavour and aroma as the Pictish and its a touch more malty. Otherwise, clean, fresh and thirst quenching.

Doughy, citrusy fruit aroma. Clear golden body with low, white, medium bubbled, mostly lasting head. Leafy fruity and citrusy flavour is lightly grainy with fair finishing bitterness. Medium light body with moderate carbonation. Cask at GBBF 2005.

Cask @ Akkurat, Stockholm
Blonde... Some head. Mildly fruity, milky malts and a bitter finish. Reasonably balanced for a blonde/golden ale from Britain.
