| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Oct 26, 2007 Cask pint at Frisco Grille in Columbia. Cloudy and muddy amber colored body. Light, nutty, soggy hop nose, soggy but still fresh smelling, with some wheat notes and some oranges and other fruit. Fresh tasting, with dull pine and honey flavored hops, lightly grassy. The honey and orange note survices into a very long lasting finish. Overall it’s mild, quiet and fresh, easily drinkable, and it holds up better than it’s gravity would suggest. Very well made.
