Pale amber. Aroma of hay and toffee. Medium dry with soft rounded mouthfeel. Light bodied but firm and generously hoppy. The finish has some herbal spices that fades out into noteworthy, almost resiny bitterness. Very flavourful for a 3.7% beer.
Old rating, cask conditioned at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, June 2004.
Pale amber. Dry and light bodied. Salty hops and vague soapiness. Bitter finish. Unrefined and not in good condition. (5/4/4/2/9)

Wetherspoon - Penderel’s Oak, London, 6-4-6-3-13=32</i> Hazy light amber color. The aroma is light, breadish. It has an ordinary flavor for a Golden Ale, with a light yeast touch (both flavor and aroma), and a correct bitterness. Easy but pleasant.
