Commercial Description:
Cask; Seasonal - Christmas.
An amber coloured ale which is full and fruity, a caramel centre, balanced with a mid dry finish. Guaranteed to warm the festive season and the “Dingbat” styled pump clip will ensure the enjoyment lasts all the way down the piste.

Cask in the market porter. Alround rating: Sweet pale malt and some toffee notes, subtle fruit cake, not much hop character but still relitivly balanced.

Pint in the Harkers Arms, Chester. Copper appearance with a thin creamy head. Rich caramel flavour. Very drinkable beer.

Cask conditioned @ Humble Plumb, Soton. Copper. Fruity caramel start. Initially on the sweetish side but a pleasant herbal hoppiness begins to fill the mouth and helps dry the beer out making this quite drinkable. I can imagine Santa getting quite piste on this at the rate it slips down.
