250 ml bottle. Golden body with a big white head. Aroma of sweet malt, grain and a little perfumed. Flavor is a bit sweet malty, some citric fruit and a bit sourness in the aftertaste. A bit dull.

Nice colour and appearance but lacks intense flavour. Has a mild wheaty taste.

25 cl bottle. The beer is warm golden, hazy and has a nice head. Both aroma and flavour have notes of apple and other fruits, just as sweetness, caramel, bitter hops and citrus. It’s refreshing but I’m not going to remember it.

(Bottle, best before 11/2006) Pours a clear golden body with a medium-sized white head. Aroma of malt, corn, and caramel. Flavor of malt, mild hops, and honey with a soft, creamy mouthfeel.

Drink at last nov. ’05. Gold-orange blond beer with good white head. Nice pils aroma and hints of fruits and a slight hoppy accent in the nose. Taste is smooth and round with a slight nutty and wheaty taste. AT the end with a soft bitter touch.

(04.02.06) 250 mL brown bottle from Morel’s Restaurant and Café, Beijing, China. 6% ABV. Bottled 11/24/04 and labeled as best consumed before 11/2006. Poured clear amber with small white head. Good lacing. Soft carbonation. Sweet malt aroma. Medium bodied Belgian amber beer that starts dry with slight malt sweetness and toffee flavor. Finished dry with light malt fade. A good drinkable dry Belgian ale that went well with Grandmother’s style mussels.

hazy yellow to light amber coloured, average white head. Little sweet, malty aroma, some fruity hints. Medium body, with a balanced sweet-light bitter finish. Not bad.
