Very good beer! Delicious in fact! Got this bottle from Sam’s in Chicago a couple of weeks ago. Poured with a nice foamy, frothy, white head and a little lace. Bright & clear yellow gold color. Aroma is mildly sweet, malty, a bit of hops, beery. Flavor has a lot more going on. Bigger interplay between sweetness and bitterness. Tasty. Good pale German lager body and carbonation. Clean balanced finish leaves me asking for another swallow. Excellent finish. Session beer.

0.5L swing top bottle, small frothy head, clear light colour, aroma of honey wax with some malt and light herbal notes. Flavours of vanila, herbs and some honey sweetness, coupled with a strong bitterness which dominates the mouthfull and remaining as a very pleasant aftertaste.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts a bit sourish, turns then nicely spicy. Well balanced finish, mild, not vapid. Good beer!

The beer pours with a tight white head with lots of bubbles and a sunny pale yellow color. I like the aroma on this one malty with a nice fresh cut hay and a little yeasty bread. The flavor is simple but nice with plenty of good grainy maltiness, predominantly dry with a moderate noble hop character.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Clean, malty nose. Medium body, a little low in carbonation, malty and lightly sulphurous with a dry, lightly bitter finish. 281108
