Poured clear yellow color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate grainy wheat aroma. Medium body and a medium texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration.
Drinkable sweet beer.

Dec 3, 2008 Pours a slightly cloudy gold color with a thin head and virtually no lacing at all. Aroma has hints of dough and yeast, and honey. Flavor of honey, with light hoppiness. Palate is somewhat thick, with very little carbonation.

Nov 17, 2008 Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in McKinney, TX. Pours a pale yellow, slight haze, with fizzy minimal white head. Aroma of malt and faint hop floral. Taste is some maltiness and hops. Mouthfeel is light body, pretty watery, with high carbonation. Overall, not bad....decent lager.
