Poured a clear golden yellow color with plenty of carbonation bubbles rising in the glass. There was a thin white head that disappeared quickly to just a film. The aroma was mild and earthy. There was a slightly creamy texture to the beer and good carbonation. There was a crisp initial taste with a good crisp hop finish that was slighty on the bitter side. More of a good clean bit. A good refreshing beer

(500ml bottle from Grapevine with weeAnaP on September 11, 2008) Yep... this is a helles lager. Rockin head, lacing falls heavily. Yellow color with no carbonation. It has the aroma of a pale lager, very Latin American. Skunky. Yep... tastes like a Mexican beer! Not worth the $4.50 per bottle. Just grab a Bohemia or another cheap Mexican beer and save the money. Don’t get me wrong... for what it is, it’s good - despite its price.

Bottle courtesy of Mike at Cole’s. A drinkable though moderately astringent lager. Light yellow cpolour, littl head, a bit of lace at end. ARoma is interesting. A bit of less than average mouthfeel, above average carbonation.

Bottle. Pour is a light yellow/gold with a bit of a head and grainy and grassy aromas. Flavor is mild with a bit of a peppery edge to the hops to compliment the grass and malt flavors. Not bad, but fairly refreshing.

Bright yellow appearance with a small white head and negligible lacing. Subtle, grainy malt aroma. Flavor is a bit sweet, grassy, moderately hopped with a herbaceous aftertaste. Light-to-medium bidied, well carbonated, clean mouthfeel leading to a fleeting finish.

Clear golden, with a thin white head to almost nothing. Moderately malty, aromas of hops, grain and straw. Mouthfeel is fairly light and watery, and the hops are consistently prevalent in each sip. Not my style, but clean crisp taste.

.5L bottle-pours a foamy white head and yellow/gold color. Aroma is grain-caramel/bready, spicy/perfumy/pepper hops, yeast. Taste is grain-malty/caramel/bready, spicy/perfumy/pepper/metallic hops. Balances nicely. Towards medium body. OK effervescence. Thanks Joe/jwc215 for sharing.

Slightly cloudy and golden in appearance with virtually no head to speak of. Kind of a sweet malt aroma. Grainy malty taste. Nothing really outstanding but nice to drink on a summer day in Texas and to impress light beer drinkers with the pop top bottle.
