Bottle 500 ml 5%
Appearance: Light toned gold with initial medium given time converted into thin fizz.
Nose : Earthy , malty brew with light whiz of hop, honey scented malts.5+
Flavor/Palate : Thin malts shown up front with mineral hop feel in style similar to Bohemian lagers just much thinner on substance. Finish slightly better than front.

(I went along with JPDIPSO’s description of this beer.) Nose is malt, hops and some alcohol, amber, with a small white head. Taste is malty, again the alcohol is noted. Medium bodied, slightly harsh. Average. Thanks Radek Kliber.

The bottle just indicated Lager and the ABV is 5% but this is likely an export version of the brew. Light golden color with a smaller, foamy, off-white head. Caramel aromas along with dry herbs and I swear I’m catching kerosene. Light multi-grain flavors with a sweet floral hops backdrop. A couple months bast the BB, but it seems like it could be many more. Not much life in this one. Reminds me of many a eastern bloc lager, without the alcohol.

Greenish tinted dark gold body with a trace of a white head. The aroma is light with bread crust and almonds. The taste has some light bell pepper and Saaz spice. There is also a little bit of almond shell character. A decent lager that was smooth to drink.

Swing Top. Distinctive German malt aroma but with a dusty quality. Flavor is lightly bis cuitywith a quick hitting light tartness. Body is slightly watery. Ends with a hint of earthy bitterness and nutty aftertaste. Light golden with a thin quickly receding head. A bit similar to a Dab but the Dab is more well founded and less harsh in the finish.

500 ml swingtop bottle. Pours a clear thin light gold with an average size foamy white head. Aroma of grains and grapes and a slight touch of dust. Thin bodied with average carbonation. Flavor is flat with grains dominating and not much else going on. Not even sure if I’m rating the right beer my blue label only states Lager and not Lager Hell. It’s also listed as 5% on the bottle and not 4.6%. Oh well I drank it I should get the credit.

Pop top bottle. Pale yellow malt Lager, not clear. Small white head and citrus barley smell. Taste was a let down, flavor dull and unimpressive. Finish slight sweet grain.

Swing-top. Very excitable little guy! Strong carbonation to start with an active and noisy soapy white head. Pours pale yellow-golden. Slight funk and medium citrus on an otherwise plainly malty aroma. Fresh, though. A little celery and cellar, touch of grainy yeast. Watered used was minerally, and that tone really shines through. Light bodied and quaffable, smoother than expected from the first rush of carb. Watery-seeming at times, and a bit boring. This would be an excellent premium / basic lager, but leaves something to be desired as a Kellerbier.
