Clear appearance of a kristal weiss beer. Good carbonation and a very good head. The beer does have a slightly high tartines that is a little too prominant. Otherwise a good weissbeer.

Hazy dark blonde colour with an inch-thick head. Slight apple accent for the base wheaty nose. Strange, like very sweet but overripe apple. Has some rustic charm but is ultimately less effective than other hefes.

Hazy golden, big white head. Would probably look better without all those nasty particles. Sweet banana, berry, and yeasty nose tainted somewhat by phenols. Highly carbonated and fizzy. Oh god. Way too sweet! Medicinal, total band aid beer. Pretty rank.

Pours a dirty tan orange with a white fluffy head that’s short-lived. Aroma seems overly buttery and popcorn-like, somewhat metallic, a bit of hay and grass clippings. Taste is bit more on with wheat, grass, cornbread, a bit of clove, lots of charred hay and a surprising hop flavor and bitterness. A lemon and banana in the finish, some citrus and lots of grassy bitterness. Light mouthfeel, high carbonation, unremarkable body. Definitely a little weird on the nose, but it’s decent enough to try.

Bright yellow appearance with a large white head and decent lacing. Aroma is more spice than fruit. Moderately sweet, wheaty, yeasty taste along with spices and soft fruit. Smooth on the palate, although the mouthfeel was a little thin. Medium length finish.

.5L bottle-pours a thin white head and hazy yellow color. Aroma is banana/lemon, clove-yeast, secondary wheat. Taste follows. Nice, mild.

Pours a thick, cloudy orange body with an enormous white head, that stays for a while. Mild aromas of wheat, cloves and banannas. Light mouthfeel and semi sweet.

50cl bottle from Willow Bend Liquors (Tampa). Pours a clear golden with two finger bright white head. Good head retention through consumption. Smells of wheat, fruit, citrus and tastes of apple, pear with a slight bitterness throughout. Quick, watery finish.
