Jun 8, 2008 50cl bottle from Willow Bend Liquors (Tampa). Pours a clear golden with two finger bright white head. Good head retention through consumption. Smells of wheat, fruit, citrus and tastes of apple, pear with a slight bitterness throughout. Quick, watery finish.

May 27, 2008 Golden. Slightly cloudy, although I left a lot of yeasty goodness in the bottom of the bottle. Very effervescent. Gives great head when poured briskly. Aroma is spicey and warm. The flavor is malty with some hints of citrus and spice. Clean finish. Great summer beer. Also, great bottles for homebrewing.

Appearance: Hazed amber gold with medium creamy top.
Nose : Clean , malty wheat , light spiced feel on top of refreshing wheat grains.7-
Flavor/Palate : Clean , straight fruity – grainy wheat. Drinkable , with good wheat character. Enjoyable, thirst-quenching session brew.

May 17, 2008 50cl, swing-top bottle. The red, rubber gasget had a nasty black mold on tghe inside. Hoping it is not tainted! Pours a full haze, bright golden yellow. Fizzy white head. Aroma is full of dough with hints of lemon zest. Flavor has a nice tangy wheat, some clove and lots of dough,and yeast. Finishes very thirst quenching.

Apr 26, 2008 Huge active soapy off-white head. Little retention. Dirty brown unfiltered. Bright gold? Tangy wheat flavor with some clove and yeast. A bit of soap and fruit appears late. Tart with lots of carbonation, even a bit fizzy.

Apr 6, 2008 Finally had a warm day to relax and have a Weissbier after a long run. I added a little lemon to the glass before pouring. Swingtop bottle. Aroma of lemon,banana and wheat malt. Cloudy dark orange-yellow with nice big head. Sour malt, lemon and banana flavor. Decent Weissbier. Refreshing
