greedycheater (77), Oklahoma, USA Apr 29, 2008 Clear yellow. What kind of hops produce that smell? It’s incredibly strong. True lager taste - mild hops, barely noticeable malt, very clean. Finish lingers but is silky, somewhat salty with a medium carbonation on the tongue. As far as lagers go, this is middle of the road. Better than a 12 rating but no better than 60 max. "Chugable" is an accurate description.
Evadlet (1), Leatherhead, England does not count Aug 15, 2008 Tasted as one of 5 in a sampling set of Canadian beers and it did not compare well. Fairly bland with a small amount of body. iammarc (174), Inverness, Scotland Aug 13, 2008 Bottle, 330ml, No 27 Inverness. Unfortunately not a great taste, a bit too carbonated and a bitterness about it. Fairly watery. ProBeerDrinker (12), , Florida, USA Aug 9, 2008 One of my favorate lagers. Has a golden apperance with the aroma of herbs that has a medium body. An enjoyable beer especially when cold. patricks110 (142), Alberta, Canada Aug 8, 2008 Bottle from liquor store. Pours pale gold with dissapating whtie head. Citrus, floral, grassy and hoopy aroma. dry taste and slightly tangy citrus and floral taste. Aftertaste lingers, but not too bad. Overall, a plain, dull yet fairly drinkable beer.
