Translucent and bright gold with a nice creamy head. Garden variety aroma: daffodils and lemon grass being most prominent. Sour lemon twang at first, matched with a modest pilsner hop presence. There’s a strange tinge to this. Musky and rusty, like licking a flagpole. Alpha levels are off.

Tons of white lacing with thin white head. Hazy golden with lots of carbonation. Slightly hoppsy nose, good hops in the taste. For a pils this is pretty good. In fact, I would say that it is up there with Victory’s pils.

On tap at the brewpub/restaurant in the Wisconsin Dells. Medium golden pour, decent sized white head. No real apparent aroma. Flavor has a bit of honey sweetness to t with some buttery back end notes. Clean, smooth, even mouthfeel, goes down smooth. Overall, a very good brewpub pils.

Yellow color with a thin head. Very off aroma of malts. Ugh... moldy and stale malt taste. Gross.

Sample at the brewpub. Pale yellow with a crisp nose, touch of odd funkiness. Big malt front and very full body don’t dim the crsp, snappy hoppiness. Very punchy and tasty in the end result.

Light orange color. It was slightly hoppy, moreso than I'd expected from a brewpub pilsner. This one just didn't grab me.

Golden colored, nice white head. Very bubbly. Light hops aroma, some pine notes. Very hoppy flavor, again with some pine and earth. Very good pils, and this from one who generally doesn't like pilsners.
