Clear golden body with healthy off-white head. Aroma is floral and earthy. Taste is exceptionally bitter -- floral and earthy. Medium body.

On tap at the brewpub on 6/22/07: Pours a clear golden bronze with a stringy-lacing white head. Aroma of fairly fresh European hops and some pale malt. Body starts with decent thickness for the style with an earthy piny hop presence to balance the lightly sweet malt. Finishes more bitter and dry. A pretty decent pilsner.

Golden color with a small off white head. Light orange aroma. Light malt and balanced bitterness. More like a light pale ale. A decent beer, but too sweet and fruity for a pils.

Sample at the brewpub. Pale yellow with a crisp nose, touch of odd funkiness. Big malt front and very full body don’t dim the crsp, snappy hoppiness. Very punchy and tasty in the end result.

On tap at the brewpub in Wisconsin Dells, pours a clear golden amber brew with a slow dissolving white head. Decent retentionand lacing for a pilsner. Aroma of sour apples, a touch of citrus, light malt and some grass hops. Taste is lightly carbonated, piney hops, medium body, and a bitter aftertaste. This brew is more like a premium bitter than a pilsner and quite good.

Yellow color with a thin head. Very off aroma of malts. Ugh... moldy and stale malt taste. Gross.

On tap at the brewpub/restaurant in the Wisconsin Dells. Medium golden pour, decent sized white head. No real apparent aroma. Flavor has a bit of honey sweetness to t with some buttery back end notes. Clean, smooth, even mouthfeel, goes down smooth. Overall, a very good brewpub pils.
