Nov 25, 2007 On draught at the Moosejaw Brewpub in Wisconsin Dells. Pours a hazy caramel amber brew with a fast dissolving white head that returns a thin white ring and no lacing to glass. Aroma of multi-grain malt, banana esters, a touch of cloves, cotton candy, yeast and some flowery hops. Taste is quite smooth, creamy, medium bodied with a light caramel and banana flavors. Finish is semi-sweet, creamy with a decent banana bread aftertaste. This dark weizen is worth a stop.
