Commercial Description:
This medium-bodied ale is light red in color with a sweet caramel and subtle raisin flavor. Brewed with First Gold and Brewer Gold hops, this unique brew was boiled and dry-spiced in the fermenter with cinnamon and nutmeg. This is truly the beer of the holiday season!

On draught at the brewpub in WIsconsin Dells, Wisconsin. Pours a clear dark copper amber brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that leaves behind a bubbly film top and thin white ring. Aroma of caramel malt with plenty of cinnamon and nutmeg to go around, even a hint of white grape raisin in the background. Taste is medium bodied, lightly carbonated with flavors of light caramel malt, nutmeg and something reminding me of my grandmother’s homemade raisin mincemeat pie. Finish is slightly dry, holiday spiced nutmeg and a slight mincemeat raisin aftertaste. A pretty decent holiday brew.
