On tap at the brewpub/restaurant in the Wisconsin Dells. Medium copper pour with a good sized off-white head and sticky lacing. Floral aroma, grapefruity citrussy and spruce hoppiness with a bit of a underlying nuttiness. Decnelty thick mouthfeel. Overall, a very good brewpub IPA.

Gold color with a thin head. Spicy hop aroma. The taste is not as punch-in-the-face as the aroma suggested it might be. Semi-syrupy hop taste. Spicy and floral.

Gold Coloring with White Head. Fruity, Dry Hop Aroma. Sweet and Dry Hops...Not Overwhelming at All...Quite Subtle Hop Notes.. Very Drinkable...Even if Hops Aren’t Your Thing.

Amber color with a thick cream head. Pine and citrus aroma. English malts are evident. Dry with a good malt backbone. The flavor of this beer changes from season to season as they use locally grown fresh hops.

Sample at the brewpub. Lightly cloudy dark amber, pungent but sweetly orangy and hoppy...rather thin and watery, but some good smokiness and solid citrusy hops hold through.

Amber color with a taller dark cream head. Pine and citrus aroma, Awesome with the pizza aroma in the backgound. Woody flavors with a somewhat english malt flavor. Dry and malty. A bit unbalanced.

This had a nice looking amber color. It was slightly hoppy, but not by much, and had nothing to back it up. While I didn't ask, I was there in the listed season for the local hops.

Hazy amber with medium off-white head. Aroma is floral and medium sweet. Taste is medium sweet, earthy/floral, fruity (apricot). Finishes nicely bitter (earthy/floral). Medium body. Was told the beer is much more intense (and a much better beer) when the hops are fresh (~September).
