Hazy amber with medium off-white head. Aroma is floral and medium sweet. Taste is medium sweet, earthy/floral, fruity (apricot). Finishes nicely bitter (earthy/floral). Medium body. Was told the beer is much more intense (and a much better beer) when the hops are fresh (~September).

On tap at the brewpub on 6/22/07: Clear orange amber color pour has a full wispy lacing off-white head. Aroma of some piny, almost soapy hops with a touch of caramel malt. Body starts with some sugary caramel and earthy, sopay bitter hop balance before a watery finish. Pretty bland overall.

Amber color with a taller dark cream head. Pine and citrus aroma, Awesome with the pizza aroma in the backgound. Woody flavors with a somewhat english malt flavor. Dry and malty. A bit unbalanced.

Sample at the brewpub. Lightly cloudy dark amber, pungent but sweetly orangy and hoppy...rather thin and watery, but some good smokiness and solid citrusy hops hold through.

On tap at the brewpub in Wisconsin Dells, pours a clear copper brown brew with an average size off white head. Good lacing. Aroma of piney hops, caramel, some citrus peel, toffee, and multi-grain malt. Taste is medium body, lightly carbonated, smooth and a good hop bitter aftertaste. More like an extra pale ale than an IPA. Finish is smooth and a little dry.

Gold color with a thin head. Spicy hop aroma. The taste is not as punch-in-the-face as the aroma suggested it might be. Semi-syrupy hop taste. Spicy and floral.

On tap at the brewpub/restaurant in the Wisconsin Dells. Medium copper pour with a good sized off-white head and sticky lacing. Floral aroma, grapefruity citrussy and spruce hoppiness with a bit of a underlying nuttiness. Decnelty thick mouthfeel. Overall, a very good brewpub IPA.
