Moravia Pils

Draught at Kutcherstube in Lüneburg. It is clear golden with a small head. The aroma has ntoes of malt, light straw, cabbage and citrus. The flavour has sweetness and notes of malt, light straw and citrus. It is quite boring.

Draught. High creamy and lasting white head. Cleard and beautiful golden body. Weak mild barley malt aroma. Sweet weak mild barley malt flavor with little hops bitterness and a short aftertaste. Low carbonation.

Bottle 33cl.
Clear medium yellow color with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, toasted, corn, lemon notes. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is light, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081122]

Clear godlen with tiny off white head. Sweet malty aroma with hints of caramel. Well carboted flavour with hints of malt.

light body, tight stream of hops. Finish very dry. a classical North- German Pilsener. One of the best !

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and yellow with a diminished white head. Mild citrusy hops aroma. Light citrusy hops flavoured with a mild bitterness coming through. Light sweetness as well. Nice and crisp brew.

33cl bottle.Straw with a thick white head; frgrant grassy aroma; clean and crisp with some apple flavour and tart assertive bitterness. Very drinkable - much better than the average German pils.

Bottle. Slightly bready aroma, smells of bitter hops. The flavour has some aroma hops and a good, semi-uncompromising bitterness. Clean flavour. It does remind me of a Czech pils.
