Aroma is flowery, pours a yellow/gold. Overall not a bad beer, but not a great beer. sethdude (603), St. Louis, Missouri, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 9, 2009 The best beer in the sampler. Pours orangey gold. Aroma is appropriately floral, dandelions dominate the bouquet. Initially very malty and grainy, giving way to well-balanced and bitter hops, good peppery notes, and a dry toasted finish. Decent pils. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Nov 28, 2008 Reviewed 11/14/2008 (Tap sampler @ Morgan Street Brewery, St. Louis, MO): Pours a golden yellow clear body. Foamy, creamy, white head. Has a wheaty malty aroma, a little effervescence, and some graininess. Grainy taste, and some wheat or hay. Clean tasting. Not a creamy palate. Some nuttiness. | 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Aug 15, 2008 A full bodied yeloow color beer with a thin white head. Not much aroma but a little malt and more hops. Flavor is kind of skunky and just average as far as tasting like a malty beer with a hoppy finish. Body is medium light and the finish is a little sweet. heemer77 (4311), Savannah, Missouri, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 11, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. The body was bright gold with a nice thin white head. The aroma was decent earth hops with some hay and carrots. Drew said that Saaz was not in this batch. The taste was bright and a little grassy with some nice malt balance. A nice pils. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 15, 2007 A nice rich golden color with a bit more head than what was found on the Honey Wheat. Some lacing. Aroma was slightly spicy without the herbal/vegatable notes that sometimes make this style very unappealing. Decent flavor of malt with some spice and decent finish. Watery mouthfeel.
