Caramel and spice dominated the aroma and the flavor followed suit. A clean finish to boot. The most "session style" beer they had at this place. Not bad. Braudog (3778), Dayton, Ohio, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 7, 2005 Sampled on tap at Morgan Street. This maibock pours clear copper with a small tan head and very intricate lacing. Aroma is very clean, but otherwise non-existant. The flavor is dominated by rich malts, including caramel & toast. Well-balanced with a clean finish. Medium-bodied, moderately carbonated and smooth. I could have drank these all night.
