Hazy, straw coloured and bubbly with a happy lambic head. Fruity, earthy and balanced aroma with light pedio. Lemony, pithy gueuze but very clean. Dry, woody finish. Not my type of lambic but I could see this having an appeal to some.

Cloudy orange with a small white head. Funky hay aroma with leather and barnyard. Tart, but balanced flavour, lactic and citrus.

Bottle @ WSF. Hazy honey-gold with nice carbonation level. Great aroma with cheese, wood, lemon, grapefruit, and rind. A little too fizzy, very carbonated. The hops emerge nicely. Juicy, but too carbonated and remains so. The gueze has a nice nutiness, a lot of sweetness, and a good degree of dryness, but not a lot of tartness. Evaporates quickly but still, nice.

Bottle. 1991 vintage. Thanks Mads DolleWaitor. Slight hazy golden colored with a small off white head. Aromas of apples, musty cellar, wood and citrus. The flavour is dry and tart with notes of ?ymer?. Incredible that this beer maintains so much fruit after 18 years of cellaring. Thanks again DeDolleWaitor!

1991 VINTAGE 18 YEARS OLD. [Bottle @ Odense Tasting, 14th February 2009, remembered for Carsten BeerMouths fantastic 3 meals highend gastronomy.] Although it’s long time I’ve tasted these brewdrops I remember some very wellbalaneced notes of apples, soft citrus, oak. Like eau de vie for summertime. Not true geuze, but smooth in a great way without too much sweetness.

T3 tasting. Hazy yellow with huge solid white head. Smells funky, old shoe, and apple. Taste is tart and shoe. Clearly good, but not my style.

Bottle at Toncatchers T3 tasting. Yellowish pour with no head. Very funky nose with a good garbage disposal quality. The flavor was overtly sour with sour white grapes and something spicy. The palate was silky smooth. The finish was long and sour. Overall: A very tasty and enjoyable brew, thanks to whoever brought it.
