Bottle 37,5 cl. A fluffy but quickly disappearing head. A moisty but more golden than typically gueuzes. Nose is light with notes of grapes, vinegar and cherrys. The taste is sour, a bit watery and not complex enough. The aftertaste is dry like tonic with notes of buttery cream.

Thx for another great tasting, Kim (Beljohansen): Clear and bubbly, nice head, all the typical lambiek notes...after taste a bit watery

(3/6/08) Bottle shared with jerc at Kaffee de Hopduvel in Ghent. Hazy golden with a foamy white head. Some barnyard and some citrus in the aroma. Sourish flavor with citrus and a bit of wood notes. Medium-bodied. A nice Gueuze.

2008-03-06. Hazy amber geuze colour, gigantic off-white head (3+). Lemon zest and seeds drown in a decades wort of dusty warehouse, or hay barn. Grainy malt undertones. (6+) Prominent sour up front is the predominant characteristic, probably a medium level sourness by lambic standards. Hints of grains/wheat. Notes of sour lemon and other citrus. (6+) Average palate. Not bad.
Bottle shared with DSG at Hop Duvel, Gent

From bottle on the train to Antwerpen. Mild woody and light brett aroma. Flavour is mellow and dry yet mild carbonated and woody. Quite smooth and pleasant gueuze.

Bottle, 37,5 cl. (bought @ Geers) Light hazy orange-golden color, with a medio rocky white head. Aroma fruits, woody, malts. Medium to full body. Taste is great. Good in balance, dry, sourness, yeast, vinegar and fruits. The finish is long, sour, dry, and mildly fruity. Wow like this gueuze !

37.5 cl bottle, best before 19.04.2026, but I could not wait anyway. Pours hazy golden with a small, fine-bubbled head. Intense sour aroma with green apples and lemon prominent and a hint of wood. Taste is even more complex with pineapple flavours blending with green apples and a touch of bread. It all ends pretty dry. A great geuze that is hard to find.
