Bottle. Hazy golden with a huge white head. Flavour of cutrus fruits and very refreshing and not very dry. Slghtly moldy but also very soft.

Bottle@Delirium, Brussels. A really nice, lighter, less intense gueuze. Dry, with some limey acidity and light farmyard funk. NOt the most complex of gueuzes but this is something i could drink a lot of, nice.

Bottle acquired in a joint trade. Bottled on June ’04. Poured a medium and hazy golden color with a humongous sized white head. Aromas of sour apples, fruity, musty, yeasty and all around funky. Tastes of tart and sour green apples, fruity, and some lemons. Nice and puckering all the way through. Mmmm, gueuzes...

Thanks to egajdzis & hopdog for this... Bottled on 06 ’04 on the bottle. Appears a hazy golden orange with a small white head that lasts and lasts. This funky head just won’t fall. Smell is of funky must, horseblanket, barnyard, sour apple, herbs, fresh vegetables, and a mild touch of banana. Taste is of wild funk with green apples. Not bad at all.

Poured a hazy golden color with a large, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of sour lemons, sweat, horseblanket and dusty leather. Taste of sour grapes, apple skins, some lemon tartness, with a sugary sweetness to balance this all out. Crisp, with a lengthy sourness to really make this a nice gueuze.

Bottle: Fruits and funk in the nose, along with old grapes and chardonnay. Dark golden with a large white head. Fruity, pungent grapes with pinapple and a dry tart finish. Refreshing gueuze. Thanks Papsoe!

Cloudy golden colour. White head. Mild tart aroma. Some barnyard too. Smooth flavor, not as tart as other gueuze i have tasted. Some flavor of grapefruit and lemon. Has a dry finish.

Lightly spicy and somewhat tart aroma with a barnyard character offers notes of wax and suede. Opaque yellow gold with huge, rocky, fine bubbled, off white head that recedes very slowly to cover and coats the sides of the glass. Moderately tart, fruity pear and apricot flavour has subdued barnyard and rubbery phenolics and moderate finishing bitterness. Medium-light body with strong, lively effervescence. Bottle (BB 22/06/2024) sampled at Plan B in Copenhagen.
